Medcorp Limited is committed to providing the best possible patient care and comfort to our patients and their relatives. Patient Rooms are outfitted to make the patient’s stay as comfortable as possible. A patient can choose rooms based on the level of comfort and privacy to which they want and can afford.

 

Condition Reports

Any personal information about a patient’s diagnosis and treatment must come from the patient’s physician, and this information is available only to designated members of the patient’s family or those designated by the patient.

 

Waiting Areas

There are designated lounge areas for visitors called the family room. It is the specific waiting area that has been designated for families and friends of patients in the critical care units, the emergency department and surgery.

 

Smoking While at the Hospital

Because of the hospital’s interest in good health, and in accordance with local laws, Medcorp Limited is a smoke-free environment for all divisions and parts of its group. For this reason, smoking is prohibited in the Medcorp facilities, outside our entrances and on our property.

 

Meals for Patients

Meals are provided by our kitchen in accordance with the patient’s religious or personal beliefs and the Doctor’s recommendation. Meals will be provided on the recommendation of the Doctor in terms of frequency and timing.

 

Housekeeping and Maintenance

Our facilities at Medcorp Limited are maintained by a Housekeeping and Maintenance staff 24 hours a day. We have high standards in terms of cleaning and maintenance of equipment so the patient can be assured of safe and clean surroundings. Patient care is done by the Nursing and Support Staff on recommendation of the Doctors.
